The creative writers club on central campus celebrates creative literary arts in all its forms.

Members are interested in writing fiction, poetry, personal experience non-fiction essays, stage plays, screenplays and song lyrics. Aspiring writers, authors and those who simply love to write are encouraged to participate in the creative writers club.

Members produce a student literary magazine and sponsor readings of original student work.

The creative writers club also sponsors and promotes events that celebrate literature.

Day meetings are Wednesdays 11:30am-11:55am and Thursdays 12:30 p.m.-12:55 p.m. in room E220 CADM (2nd floor, East English Wing).

Refreshments are provided for those who attend. Evening meetings are usually held Tuesdays from 5:30pm-5:55pm in room T 126 (Cyber Café) CILC.
