Winning with a victorious stride, the Ravens lit up the basketball court as they demolished the Lone Star Fighting Ducks' ability to overcome with a final score of 92-52.

Early in the game, guardsman Andrew Gonzlez transitioned his take of the ball into a slick lay-up as the Ravens began a "stake goal offensive" advance over the Lone Star College-Cy Fair basketball team in last Tuesday night's game.

Anticipation and flare made this home-court game for the Ravens impressive as participants battled it out in light of that night's ongoing elections.

As points were being scored, the Ravens had a 25-19 lead over the Fighting Ducks at 6:16 minuets with sophomore guardsman Jerrod Tillman adding in a quick basket displaying such an intensity style and method that would have them lead at home court.

Rapidly, as the clock advanced to finish the first half, sophomore guardsman Santino Clay would launch a precise three pointer with the clock being at 1:33 minutes that had the crowd support overwhelmingly with excitement.

As this fast-paced scoring was halted for the first half, the Ravens lead with a 46-24 lead proving that the opponent would not be taken lightly.

In the second half, skillful sportsmanship quality in the Ravens' style of play was shown as freshman guardsman Mandela Jackson assisted the team in setting up a stunning lay up to freshman forward Damion Harris, giving a leaner point advantage of 54-38.

"The second half our kids woke up and got after it," head coarch Scott Gernander said.

Andrew Gonzalez launched an accurate three pointer having the Ravens advance with a 66-49 lead over the Fighting Ducks.

Such percentage of shot accuracy continued as sophomore guardsman Devin McDonald landed in another three pointer that night having the score advance 85-47 with the time being at 3:24 minutes.

Leading in assists was sophomore Jerrod Tillman who supported the team with a total of eight.

Sophomore Maurice McNiel had a total number of 17 rebounds, 26 minutes of game play and 29 total points making him the overall outstanding player for that night's game.

"We played hard…we came out focused," said freshman forward Kason Frierson.

"It's pretty much a team effort…playing as good as we can, offensively and defensively," said Gernander in relation to the strengths of the Ravens.

The team's effort and intensity was noted by what Kason added, "Don't take any team lightly."
